Our ride starts in Warsash outside the workshop in Dibles Road. We travel to Hook via fleet end and at the Nook and Cranny we turn right and the take the left fork towards Solent Breezes. (See photo 2). After about a mile, the road bears sharply to the right but we carry on along a gravel lane toward Brownwich Farm. Bare left and through the gate and straight along the travel eventually going past the lake and through another gate (See photo 3). About 20 meters after the gate we turn right and hear down the track to Brownwich beach (See photo 4). Just before the beach turn left and immediately left again along the bridal way past the house and on to the cliffs above Brownwich beach. (See photos 5 & 6). We then carry on along the cliffs towards Hillhead. Where the track splits in two, take the left fork and carry along the winding tracks until you find the secret hole in the hedge (See photo 7). Go through the hole in the hedge then turn left and immediately right on to Meon Road.

We then travel along the Meon Road/Cliff Road (See photo 8) past the Osborne view and the do a right into Hillhead Road and down into the car park. We the cut along the cycle track (See photo 9 & 10) and pop out onto the car park at the west of Lee on Solent. We then jump up to the cycle path that takes us along the main road, all the way through Lee on Solent past the big traffic lights and turn right into Browndown Road.(signposted Stokes Bay ans Browndown Training camp - see photo 11). We continue along Browndown Road to the Bayside Cafe and the Dive Museum and carry on to Pebbles Cafe (see photo 12) where we stop for a coke or a pint.

The return journey is pretty much reverse except we continue along Meon road, over the little bridge, up the hill and along for about 500 meters until we get to Thatchers Cops where we take a left just after the car park on a concrete track. We carry on down that track and turn left at the T junction and go past Brownwich farm and back on to the Brownwich to Chilling track.
